Would You Like to Volunteer for Show Me the Blog ’11?

There is so much that goes into planning and executing a conference. A good solid team of volunteers is essential for making a wonderful event happen. So we are calling on you for some help from our friends. We are looking for a few good volunteers who are interesting in doing anything from manning the registration tables at the conference, to setting up, to helping with communication needs. If you would like to volunteer, please email us at showmetheblog@yahoo.com.

Those that volunteer for the conference will receive free entrance into the conference for both sessions as well as our thanks and undying love. I’d say those are good things to have!

We are looking forward to hearing from you! We want to take this year’s conference to the next level!

  Just wanted to throw this idea out there. You might want to check with the local universities that have Schools of Communication to see if they would post this opportunity. I’m sure there are plenty of communications majors interested in social media and blogging as a career. Volunteering at a blogging conference would be great experience for a student looking to gain some insight, learn and network with other STL communicators.

  I would love to volunteer. I’m in Los Angeles, but I’ve never ventured to St. Louis and I love to travel. As a newbie blogger I’m trying to learn as much as I can, so if you’ll have me I would love to help out.
